Wheel CNC Turning Machine

The Inner and Outer Surface Turning Machine is used for machining the complete wheel after the calibration process. By machining the center hole, the center holes outside and inside chamfers, the inner connection surface and the outside surface the final runour tolerances of the wheel will be reduced to a minimum. On the Wheel CNC Turning Machine, the clamping is done from the reference surface of the disc by a special hydraulic postioning lift.

The Wheel CNC Turning Machine s a special turning machine designed and built for the use in wheel manufacturing. It is equipped with a gang type cutting tool holder. The machine also ensures precise guiding for X and Z slides with anti-friction material.

The machine fulfills all appropriate European designing, operating and safety standards.
